Clean Burn provides the simple solution for the RDF creating energy from waste material.
Operating at temperatures in excess of 1500°C the system can be fully operational and up to temperature within 15 minutes generating up to 125Kwe from a single system.
Because the system burns “everything” and at extremely high temperature, any emissions are well below the required EU standards.
Additional hot gasses from the exhaust can be harnessed and used to power turbines or provide hot air or water for processing.
Each clean burn system will process in excess of 10 metric tons of RDF per day. The total residue from the burn amounts to a few Kgs of inert material which can be used for road fill or compressed into breeze blocks.
